Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Moral of the story is that popularity is meaningless since you can make a case for an artist in other ways.

So how about this cracker's record.

I've never met a Nickleback fan. The general population does not like Nickleback. I'd say they are a well known band, but not exactly popular. Why they have record sales when most people hate them? I don't know. Maybe they have a niche fanbase like ICP but in general people don't like them.

Point out the fallacy. Can you? Or are you just going to say it exists.

I've met a lot of basic mother****ers that like Nickelback. There's a reason I look down on people.

Compared to the number of people who hate them, which number is bigger?

I never said that you have to believe music is good because the masses do.

I just said that if you want to talk objectively about music, like you tried, then the opinions of the masses matter much more than you want to credit them for because it contradicts your own views.

How many times do I have to say that before it hits you? Or are you going to continue to reach?

Objection. An artist can be incredibly popular while still being incredibly hated.
