Already one of the best punk albums of the last decade, and the most ambitious one since David Comes To Life. This is as close as I've heard any band come to creating their own London Calling. Best tracks are Dimed Out, No Future Part IV, I Lost My Mind (DJ), and Fired Up.

I grew up near these guys. Neat to see them getting such recognition. I'll be checking this one out.

the fact this is being called a "rock opera" has me very worried, but I adore their last two records and im anticipating this will be more of the same of that. I listened to one of the singles off this earlier this year tho and didn't really dig it (but I already forgot what the song was called and hearing it in-album usually is better for me anyway).

long winded way of saying im excited for this

I wouldn't worry too much about the term "rock opera" ... so far I haven't been able to make sense of any 'story' that's being told. Just treat it as a really long, ambitious album, like The Monitor.

It leaked a while back. I still haven't heard it though.
