Exactly! It's easy for an outsider that doesn't understand to come in and completely rip apart something that they don't understand.

No, you guys don't get it, as I expected (from Manky's clueless ass), Yeezus the man digs Wolf. Otherwise why would he want on "IFHY" (go to 2:20). Besides, I skip through I at least half of Yeezus wasn't fully worthwhile, and while that could maybe be said for Wolf as well, the latter isn't as short as Yeezus and so it's a little more excusable. When you have ten tracks on a "classic album" (Jesus Manky) and I'm only listening to five, it can't be that god damned good.

I understand your point, but I still think the appeal for authority you made was baffling. Enjoying music is a personal matter (more or less); an album landing on a bunch of aoty lists means diddly.

I love that it was only 10 tracks instead of having an album full of fillers like Wolf. I actually enjoyed 8 out of 10 tracks. Just like two in the middle that I didn't really care for.

Thought I'd give it a go for the hell of it.
I think I may like this album without Kanye rapping in it. I've never been impressed with his rap style or lyrics. He totally over-shadows the beats where I feel his rapping absolutely kills it. If anything the instrumentation is the most notable thing in this album. I feel it is a bit inconsistent though. For a while the beats are creative, pushes some boundaries, and follow well together. Then there are the less interesting tedious tunes, the awful shadow bellowing, and electro-distorted voice which sounds more awful. I can't say I've liked any of his previous albums, but at least this one took a different turn. The lyrics make me cringe so hard, though. There's my take.

I missed this, so I just gotta say; you sound like a douchebag if you claim that an albums detractors simply don't understand it. That being stated, what do you think I'm missing in regards to this pop album?

It would be the same thing as me picking up a Diocletian album listening to it and just saying it's crap without understanding anything that contributed to it.
