It's an album worth listening to at least once and is above average, but something about it just feels hollow despite it being well executed. It's an album I can admire but I just don't feel anything from it even after listening to it a couple of times. I feel like I've heard this been done many times before and this doesn't offer a whole lot new to really warrant any further time and attention from me.

It's far from album of the year, but it's very good. Like the poster above, it's not a repeat listen thing for me, but I enjoyed the experience first go around. I gave it a 4/5 because it's very well done and there's nothing wrong with it... it's just lacking that repeated listen quality for me.
I'll probably see this band on tour this year and see how that works out. Their from San Francisco and I live in SF and still haven't caught any of their local gigs. Pity. |

I just saw them a few days ago, fantastic live band. The crowd moshed for a solid hour, it was brutal.
