I liked a few singles by Staind when he first came out, and it was very few at that.

This new album (vibe) just seems so out dated musically to me. Ive listened to it a couple of times so far and I am yet to find one song I like off the album.

I'm more disappointed than satisfied by the fact the album sucks. His style and sound just doesn't get it anymore, for me personally anyway.

I knew I should've got Alice Coopers latest release instead, but I have about the same amount of anticipation, for that album being any good as well.

Thats a nice analysis, there is actually some coherent leads on guitar. Hes always been known for not always having the best written lyrics. After listening to the album a few times myself, I find the song "Take A Breath" is not so bad. It kicks best during the lead guitar solo. (Nice) For Staind.
