I agree that the first four songs are as good as anything B&S has ever recorded but the rest of the album has mixed results. But I've never been enthralled with every single song on any B&S album. I like this album because it has less of the twee adolescent angst going on, which is probably a good thing because most of the band members are pushing the age of 40 by now.
