"Dark Night of the Soul" (featuring David Lynch) – 4:38 Dark Night of the Soul is an album written by Danger Mouse and Sparklehorse. It features a wide range of singers. Singers featured on the album include James Mercer of The Shins, The Flaming Lips, Gruff Rhys of Super Furry Animals, Jason Lytle of Grandaddy, Julian Casablancas of The Strokes, Frank Black of the Pixies, Iggy Pop, Nina Persson of The Cardigans, Suzanne Vega, Vic Chesnutt, David Lynch, and Scott Spillane of Neutral Milk Hotel and The Gerbils; these singers also had a hand in composing and producing the work. i forgot to add the voting system i sent a message to freebase dali and it'll hopefully be fixed as soon as possible EDIT: thanks freebase dali

I absolutely love this album, it's so wonderfully done and definitely one of my favourites.

I actually quite enjoy this album and listen to it randomly. Too bad it was one of Sparklehorse's last efforts. I voted good.

my favorite so far is "Star Eyes". the entire album is great but i don't care for "Angel's Harp" it has a little too much of an overaged rocker sound

Oh just btw, from Good to Amazing is to large a gap of subjectivity I think. If Great were an option, I might've chosen that instead.

i need to listen to track 12 i just realized vic chessnut is on it, it's still hard to believe it was only about 7 monthes ago he died (i truthfully didn't even hear any news about it until like 2 monthes after his death
