Really into Tuning Circuits at the moment, but unfortunately he only released two albums. Anyone know of other artists who have a similar approach to techno (i.e. cold, raw, noisy, viscera)?

Chech out "Tankakern" by Autechre. First song on the link you posted reminded me of that

And maybe you would like "Acid Bass" by Gotek which is maybe more "hard"
