I'll be interested to see how this sells. I'd expect that by now most people who have heard of Radiohead would have already made up their minds as to whether or not they want to buy an album - I'd be surprised if they had that big a casual audience. Mind you, EMI are releasing it in order to burn their bridges.
Perhaps it will sell to people who bought The Bends or OK Computer out of curiousity, didn't quite get the appeal but liked a few songs and want to give the band another chance. Doubtless the sales figures will confound me. |
