I thought it was pretty "meh" it had some good tracks on it, some not so good tracks, one or two filler songs. It just didn't have the same impact that "Swagger" or "Drunken Lullabies" had.

I liked it a lot myself. Not a touch on various similar-sounding albums I can think of, but great stuff nonetheless. Then again, it's the only album of theirs I have, so it's not like I can line it up with their work or anything.

I'll concur that it didn't heave the same impact that "Swagger" and "Drunken Lullabies" did. But I did like it a lot. I would definitely prefer it to "Within a Mile of Home". I liked that a lot of the songs had more swing this time around, and didn't rely on the usual "clickity-clack" hoppy beats of so many of their older tracks. Although those beats are a big part of what made their initial sound so signature. It was just nice to hear something different, but still really good. I'd say that I would take a song like "Punch Drunk Grinning Soul" along with any of the old stand-bys like "Selfish Man", "The Likes of You Again", or "Rebels of the Sacred Heart".
