This is exactly the type of post that shouldn't be in this forum.

You quite clearly have no interest in this genre so as far as this section of the forum goes stay out of threads of bands you have no interest in.

I don't believe for one second you've even given this album a listen judging from the amount of 'i hate indie' stuff you post. I don't particularly like metal but you don't see me going into all the metal new releases and saying they suck.

Post anymore of this crap in here and your getting a banning.

I listened and watched their first single when it appeared on youtube, the whole thing with the idiots running between drums. I wasn't impressed. I listened to 3-4 other songs and thought they were equally as rubbish.

they blend indie with sweet ass calypso music, so this shit is right up my alley.
i thoroughly enjoyed the whole album, with the exception of "the kids don't stand a chance".
that song is shit.

I played "A-Punk" alot on the Variety channel when it came out, had a Catchy beat and the Listeners enjoyed it long as I kept it blended. did well on rock channel also. but found nothing else on the album charted.

A+ for A-Punk , c- for the rest

My favorite from the album was "I Stand Corrected." Good album. Don't listen to it a whole lot but I still enjoy it when I do.

I love the old school feel of this band. And the flute. That's effing amazing.

they're ALRIGHT. for the most part i think their music is only appealing because it's extremely catchy.

HEY! DO YOU WANT TO HEAR SOMETHING INTERESTING, THOUGH?

the singer...ezra koenig...he went to my high school. his younger sister emma koenig is my friend. him and his bandmates are some of the most pretentious people i've ever met. preppy ass columbia kids. i don't like HIM but i like his music.
