Those dance/disco elements don't make themselves shown for the whole album though.

Panic and the Disco ... I'm still not sure. I don't mind that single song `I write sins` or something, but all in all, I'm not sure if they're just the same old same old type band. o.O As Kripes said up there, I'm not sure if I relate it too Fall Out Boy or not.

They sound similar to Fallout Boy, but better, more articulate and their playing is slightly more intricate. I like em though. They have the longest titles! "The Only Difference Between Martyrdom and Suicide is Press Coverage" is my favorite song. Followed by "I Write Sins, Not Tragedies"
And I'm going to see them in June with the Dresden Dolls.

Really? well, I'm still not sure personally. Not sure they're my thing, did they do any more albums before these?

No, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out is their only album. They were together for less than a year before they were even signed.

Ah ... I was hoping there was some good music by them before they became mainstream. Damnit, well ... I still don't know. Falloutboy wannabes/emo lovers or unique in their own surreal manor. I just have to listen to the rest of the album now.
