Unknown music taken from a BBC adaptation
Can anybody name this? It may be original music specifically written for the production.
Taken from a YouTube Upload on the "Gorkys6" channel. Excerpt from the 1986 BBC adaptation of Alan Ayckbourn's "Way Upstream". The music appears at 01:30:45 YouTube / Gorkys6 / Way Upstream I tried to post a URL, but can't do this until I've made 15 posts. Thank you! |

Is this the movie?
I think it is probably original music. IMDB credits Alan Brown for the music and he is also credited for the music of 2 other films, but it is hard to find any other info on him. I tried to post the IMDB info but it wouldn't let me post the link as I haven't made 15 posts either. However, I can post youtube links like above. Last edited by Annajo; 07-16-2023 at 12:23 AM. |

Hey, thanks Annajo. It is this production, yes - and it's a brilliant adaptation. Listening to the other music in the film I think Alan Brown did a great job and it's likely to be an original score. I've had a look around too and I'm surprised he seems to have ended up well 'beneath the radar'.
