90s 90s clubhits jingle

I am trying to find a song I know from the early nineties and I couldn't find it until I discovered online radio station 90s 90s clubhits.

They use it in this jingle they play once in a while.

Soundhound doesn't eat it and Shazam also says "no result", probably because of what they did to it

and because the jingle is very short

Its doesn't have may lyrics but I think it contains a line that goes like "I do the best I can" or something similar.

The genre, I don't know. Club? New Age? Dance? Trance? Hypno?

It would be great if you could tell me which tune was used for this jingle.
