Default Help, need to find a song.

Can you help me to find this song? Its from a Video. I converted it to mp3, the video had nothing to do with the song so, it wouldn't help.
I dont unterstand the lyrics, so google didn´t help me.
Sorry, I am not allowed to post links yet.
Its very important to me.
