World music, lyrics sound like himay hoy hoy hoy
 

Heard this song played live at a bar. The song lyrics were almost continually repeating the phrase himay hoy hoy hoy(something like that) the live performance had acoustic guittar and bongos backings and was slow paced. At the end it had a stronger sounding finish. Original song might have different style/instruments off course. Sorry for the little info I have.
