Cool Anyone recognise this track? ambient/electro/jazzy?

Hello MusicBanterists,
I recorded this 7 minute track off French Radio Ellebore 105.9 in about 1996/1997, and I've been trying to find out who it is ever since. Someone suggested Stereolab, but to me it sounds more 'alternative', less 'mainstream'.

A nice sax solo from 3:40-4:40, so I'm hoping brass enthusiasts may recognize it!
Thanks!

ps. Please do your best to ignore the graphics (i.e. just listen). I used a free .mp3 to .mov converter in order to post it on YT and had no control over the graphics.

Talking 4 Hero - Third Stream

So it appears that YouTube automatically identified the track as "Third Stream" by "4 hero" in their copyright section. Wow!!! It only took 25 years...

WIKI:
"4hero are an electronic music group from Dollis Hill, London, comprising producers Mark "Marc Mac" Clair & Denis "Dego" McFarlane. While the band is often cited as 4 Hero or 4-Hero, the name is stylised as 4hero on their albums and website. 4hero are known for being pioneers of breakbeat hardcore, jungle/drum and bass, broken beat and nu jazz music."

The track on YT seems to be sped up, whilst the above version which I posted from Radio Ellebore was perhaps slowed down? Maybe the true speed is somewhere in between.

In any case, thanks so much to the creator of this forum and the mods for such a great platform. Thank you!
