High school band song--latin?
 

I have a poor quality recording of a song my high school band played many years ago in a summer concert (in the U.S.). Over 30 years later, I cannot remember the name of this song. Anybody know it? It has a latin feel to it, and there's some singing during the piece, and I think the last word in the chorus is "mambo!" (maybe?). Thanks!
