Help with a song from a youtube video

Hi! Shazam can't find it since the woman doesn't stop talking. It starts at 19:14 and continues almost until the song ends. At 20:53 I think is when you can hear the bridge of the song better, or maybe chorus. It's hard, it's driving me nuts!!

Hmmm I think it is Julian Casablanca voice. I checked The Strokes discography, and I found this one:
The Strokes - Why Are Sundays So Depressing
