What is this album!?

It's some sort of 'Dance Mix' album. Possibly from '93, can't be any older than '95. I'm almost 100% certain it's not any of the MuchDance albums either.

Remembered tracks include:

We've Got It Goin' On - Backstreet Boys
Creep - TLC
Scatman Remix
Cotton Eyed Joe - Rednex (may have been either track 12 or 13...)

There was another intense-paced techno song by a girl who seemed to be taunting a boy by saying something along the lines of 'You want to touch me- dont!-- you're too ugly'--Or something believed to be similar. At some point she just rapidly keeps repeating 'Don't-don't-don't-'don'tdon'tdon't-' followed by other laughing and jeering.

I'm uncertain of what the album cover looks like at this point after searching for so long.

It might be "Groove Station 2".
