Song at the end off the George H. W. Bush Concession Speech
I am Tom from the Netherlands.
Last USA elections I was interested in the proccess. I watched a video of the George H. W. Bush Concession Speech. At the end I was very impressed by mr. Bush his respectfull way of accepting defeat. My attention was also drawn by the happy song at the end of the speech. I am not allowed to post URL because I am new. The video is on C-Span with a length of 16:12 and the song starts at 13:50. I think the title is: Deep in the heart of texas. The voice of the singer sounds like Dolly Parton. But I can not find the artist or this version online. Does anybody know? I would be very thankfull! The song is indeed "Deep in the Heart of Texas" but I'm not sure which version it is.
