Mid-2000s indie song with either "Justify" or "Testify" as main chorus lyric.
 

Hello all,

I'm searching for a mid-2000s twangy indie song that is sort of moaney and in which the chorus (I think!) contains the word "justify" or "testify" and the end of the first line of the chorus. The singer is male and sort of stretches the word out: "Testifyyyyy". (It's not Testify by RATM!). My gut tells me it's a band like The Editors or Interpol, but less shouty and more introverted. It's that kind of genre, anyway.
