Please help me name this tune after 10 years?!!

Ok so I’ve had this song in my head for at least 10 years and haven’t been able to find the name of the song or the artist! I do have some bits of information on it if anyone is able to identify it at all?!! I would be really grateful and can finally get a good nights sleep haha!

Artist is a woman, dark hair, possibly full fringe
Music video was her in several rooms with wacky distorted shapes and colours and furniture and possibly a swing inside?
The song was probably released between 2003 and 2007
A part of the song has recently been sampled/copied in dan croll’s song ‘home’
And I know some of the lyrics talk about putting a hat on haha!
The artist sings very ‘indie like’ if that’s make sense? for example sounds similar to Diana vickers
