i'm sure it's an electro song from the early 2000s but honestly it could be from any year. i assumed the vocalist was a man, sounds a bit like MJ or Rockwell (Somebody's Watching Me). he was singing in english, i can't for the life of me remember the lyrics, so i recorded some audio and uploaded to -

i just played what i believe is the chorus part on a random keyboard app, so its not quite perfect, but its as close as i could get it with my limited skills :laughing:
i'm in the UK so it could have been on the charts at some point, but i've had no luck finding it using that method. if its not electro then its europop/dance.
