Dance music video in the streets?
 

this is a long shot, but I'm trying to remember the name of a dance song but I can't, but I can vividly remember the music video. They're all in traffic at like a construction stop then they all just start getting out and dancing, cops are like dragging people out of their cars, some pregnant chick steals a pizza from a delivery boy and is being all 'sexy' while eating it, ring any bells?

It's a dance / eletronica type song. While trying to remember I was thinking fatboyslim but it doesn't appear to be them, but it would be along those lines.
