Help with identifying a song please

Hi I am having a terrible time getting the name of a song. My kids friend put it on my old PC a dozen or so years ago. I want to say it was riddim/r&b (jamaican) I think. Sounds like maybe Shabba Ranks or Jutu Banton. All I remember is a part where he says something like "strike like lightning roll like thundah" then there is a sound of rumbling thunder. I have tried all the search apps and lyric finders, the problem is I am not sure if those are the exact lyrics. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be greatly appreciative. I've been looking for a very long time
