A remix I think
 

So i have found a video (a fan edit to be specific) that has on the background a song. That song is like 20 seconds long and you can clearly hear “is everybody on the floor (and other words that i cannot understand)” it is more on the remix/dubstep side. What i hear is a girl but it can also be pitched (like in nightcore)
