But I cannot find it and I've been looking for the past hour and it's infuriating.

There is a girl doing the narrative of the story/game or whatever and a guitar plays in the background.

It's calm and mainly used the bass strings, the low tones ones. If that makes sense. Any help is appreciated.

Seriously though: this is one of the worst and most useless requests I've seen in a long time. "The narrative of the story/game/whatever"?? You can't even narrow it down to what the video is about? Lots of luck. You're gonna need it.
