what is this song? Pop song that keeps floating in my head?

I really only remember one part, kinda sounds like a chorus.

In a deep voice, it says something like "them boys not just the others"

then in a higher female voice/computer generated it goes "wooh-ooh-ooh-oo-oo-oo-oo wooh-ooh-ooh-oo-oo-oo-oo wooh-ooh-ooh-oo-oo-oo-oo"

if you have a piano nearby, here is what i think are the notes for the woohs

Unfortunately, I don't have a piano nearby. Well, it's in the next room, but I'm too lazy to get up and go in there. So I can't help you. Tragic, really. If only I'd had the foresight to have had the piano put in this room. Or if I even had a piano.
