Help identifying this song please?
 

I heard it in this video at 4:10 & 4:50. I saw it on TwoSync's YouTube channel. It's the 4th most recent video to be uploaded (Can't post links yet)

It's a fairly recent pop song. The only lyrics I remember is that it says "It's only a matter of time" at some point in the song. Thanks for any help
