I know a Croatian girl actually (online obviously). If she ever comes back on Facebook (maybe she's hanging with Batlord) I'll ask her.

Yeah, I'm sure you don't forget a song like that. Honestly: the paucity of information people expect us to act upon sometimes makes me want to just jump off a high building. Or, preferably, push them off one.

Compared to some other threads this one is overflowing with information to go by.
I actually plan to make a compilation of dumbest and hardest name the tune requests when I have time.

"Do you have that song that was playing when I first kissed Stacy? Not the one that was playing in the Chevy in the parking lot, the one that was playing in the other car that was passing by. Iirc there was a music video of it where someone wore white shorts and salted food. I only heard two seconds but it was like 'weh weh' and it was the greatest music I've ever heard in my life can anybody help?"

"It was a rock tune, maybe pop. Early 90s, possibly late 80s. Or it could be from the 2000s. Woman singing, though it could be a man. Think the lyrics had something like "Woh woh I love you" but that's all I heard."

Yeah I know that I'm not giving much but this is all I remember. I remember like the whole music video but from singing part only that refrain. I think it's also worth to mention that refrain is sung by a group of men, something like a kind of football chant. Also I think it got released in between 2009-2013, and I'm almost 100% sure that the song is Croatian.
