Name that song without lyrics or beat! CHALLENGE

So, my wife asked me if i knew a song. She gave me no beat and no lyrics because she couldnt remember them. All she gave me were details about the music video. Her words "Its a girl in a bikini singing, alot of the video she is laying on a pink sun chair next to a fake pool. There is also girls that dance and move their heads back and forth like a dog."

Needless to say it took me over 2 weeks to find this song. How fast can you find it?

Literally less than 5 minutes, but that is probably just bc I remember the music video from my childhood
