I love her, she loves me ... seagull flying over the sea?
Hi all,
I'm looking for an old song, I think by someone called Richard something who also did another more well-known song, and the only lines I can remember are something about a seagull flying over the sea and then "I love her, she loves me". His voice breaks on that line to make the "her" into 3 syllables... any ideas? More details - if it helps I'm fairly sure the singer is a black man. Also I think there's a line in there about him asking her parents for their blessing, or a similar theme. Last edited by lightsquare; 10-26-2017 at 02:12 PM. |

What kind of music was it? Pop? Rock? Deep discofox?
