Help. I can't figure out this song.
 

I was at Malibu the other day and I heard a song. If memory serves correctly, the back track was something like a cars wheels screeching but a much more pleasant version of that sound. If I remember it kept looping and every loop played the sound 4 times but, at 2 different lengths. A long one then a short one, a long one and another short run.
Please help me and thank you in advance.
