Mystery chorus/theme (with sheet music)

Hi,

I heard a song on the radio and the chorus part sounded so familiar I was trying to figure out where I heard it before, but since I was so focused on that I didn't take notice of any other lryics.

The chorus (unhelpfully) was just nananana etc sung by a female.

Its been stuck in my head all day so I transcribed it. I tried to attach it as an mp3 but thats not allowed, so hopefully if you can play this I attached the sheet music (if that works).

I'd really like to know either the song on the radio or what the theme is originally from.
