I literally remember nothing about how this song sounds. I just remember the music video. I was super young and loved the gorgeous blonde that sang it. Going out on a fragile limb that anyone will know the music video.

Blonde girl leaves a vhs tape at her boyfriends house, whom she is dumping in the tape, of her singing and having fun at the beach surfing.

Song would be a late 90s or early 2000s release. Poppy upbeat song.
