Country Song that Sounds like Shakira but it's not
 

Trying to find this Country Song, which I heard awhile back and it sounds like Shakira but it's not. Country Rhythm almost but the female artist curls her words like Shakira. I believe there was also dance beat to it, as well.

From what I can tell this Song came out back in 2008 as I came across someone else looking for it too but they never did find it.

Any help? This is driving me completely insane.
