I really want to know the name of this band

A long time ago I found a music video of a band, I can´t remember if they were from the 80s or 90s, but thy were sort of a band/orchestra but they played no rythmic music, they were sort of like the talking heads, in this music video they had this white washed make up and they played several instruments and a very strange voice singing, I remember I read a comment that said they were antimusic. At first they sounded me horrible but I wanted to listen them again for curiosity but had no luck finding them. Thank you if you can help me
