Please help!

I had a CD over ten years ago by a pretty decent but relatively unknown indy band who's name I CANNOT remember! Somehow the CD in question went missing & ever since I've been trying to remember the name of the band. Please...I need help so I can get the band's name & try to find the CD again!

The only song I can remember any part of is titled "Whatsthematter". I remember the title being just as I've typed it, all one word. The song is a good, up-tempo rock & roll song. I think the band had four members & may have come from Europe, but I'm not sure.

Some of the lyrics are (& I'm not positive these are absolutely correct):

"Whatsthematter? Whatsthematter? Are you lonely?"
"You take all my dreams & scatter them around me."
"What does it matter anyway?"

The last line is sung something like this like this: "What does it matter any-way-ee-ay-ee-ay-ee-ay? Any-way-ee-ay-ee-ay-ee-ay?"
