So I heard this song during a news program so it was very brief and I have little details.

Basically the announcer said that the song was off an album called Ghetto Blaster (I think he mentioned 2004?..). It was a new age rap with a woman singing and an old movie clip cut and looped in the background saying something like "I want to be a cowboy". Ive looked at a bunch of Ghetto Blaster albums and have found nothing. Thanks!
