Is anyone able to identify the first song in this video:



Just watch the first 35 seconds and skip the remaining of the video please.

The words I could make out is "fly", actually more like "flllllyyyyyy", and "believe". However, as one would guess, when I insert these words in google, every result is the R Kelly song.
