I've heard this tune in several places yet I can't find the name.

It's in a small segment of the Moebius documentary.
It starts at 13:13 and ends at 13:27
Shazam couldn't find it, neither could sifting through youtube comments from several different videos, it's not in the doc credits either.

So googling "music from moebius documentary" did the trick, it was the first result too, I never thought to do that cause there are various different, more well known songs in the doc, oh well. It was from the moebius redux ost by karl bartos of which you can only get from amazon apparently, outside the karl bartos - blueberry youtube video, which is not very high quality.
