Bernie intro song from The Nightly Show KILLING ME

Never posted on here before, so excuse any mistakes in etiquette. I'm looking for the name/artist of an intro song from The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, from Bernie Sanders's appearance a couple weeks ago:





The song begins at 0:42, but you can only hear the first line before the crowd loses their collective **** at the sight of the sweet sweet Bern: "Welcome to my ci-ci-city see the lights (turn?)" seems like the gist of the first line's lyrics. I imagine that some hipster-ass intern got it from his buddy's mixtape or something but maybe somebody here knows about it.
