Trying to Identify This Song
 

Hi. I have a very short (8 seconds give or take) soundbyte of a song. The recording isn't the greatest as it includes lots of background chatter. I'm desperately trying to identify the song and/or artist. Of the lyrics I can hear it sounds as if he says, "It's alright, alright to fall."
