I work for cost plus world market and I keep hearing this song with the lyrics: "I'm a lowlife and there's nothing you/I can do about it." It is sung by a woman and a man.

Not "Loser" by Beck? No woman involved there, but that's the only song I can think of with that theme.

You may be more likely to get the answer if you give a little info, such as what kind of song it is - soul, rap, rock, etc. Also I'm not sure what working for "cost plus world market", whatever that means, has to do with the question.

...and maybe they won't. Did you try that yourself? I did, and the search did not return any song with that lyric or one particularly close.

It's just possible the OP also tried a search engine, had no luck, and decided to ask the forum. I have no problem with someone asking for that kind of assistance, even if the info was easy to find via a search engine. Communicating with actual people is sometimes nice.

Oh dear lord.

We get hundreds of people that ask for assistance here that do not actually know how to use a search engine, so I gave the OP a viable option by adding "lyrics" to the criteria.

Tone down the white knighting BS.
