looking for a music video/song

Hi! I need help: I've been searching for a song for a long time, it's from some years ago I think... the fact is I don't remember anything but the plot of the music video: there's a man and a woman who are married but totally unhappy. They're famous and pretend to be in love and happy in public, but when they get in their limousine they don't even look at each other, and at home they sleep in different bedrooms. Probably they have kids too... I really remember only this storyline which moved me, but I don't remember the band/singer nor the song... I think it's a soft rock ballad maybe but nothing more...
can someone help me please??? i'm freaking out i need to find it
