Default Instrumental trumpet/jazz pop song

Clip of it playing in the background of this Peter Cook documentary at 8:30:

Sadly, I can't content ID match, due to people talking over the clip.

Pretty sure it also used to be on a UK TV commercial 10+ years ago, and I've been kinda looking on-and-off for it since.

Any suggestions about possible artists/titles are gratefully accepted.

I don't know, it doesn't sound familiar to me. However the way the song is constructed with a break beat, a instrumental loop and use of horns reminds me of the UK band Space. So I would guess that song is 90s, maybe 00s+.
