Song with high punctuation at end of each sentence
 

I'm trying to think of the name of this song where the female ends each sentence with a high pitch on the word. Such as when she says "I'm talkin' to YOU" "something something TRUE" where "you" and "true" both get higher pitches while she sings. It's sort of a hip hop/ pop song
