A music artist sings "No! No! No!" (it's more possible) or "Down! Down! Down!" (it sounds similar as Paul Johnson - Get Get Down). Genre : pop music, English lyrics. Probably pop music, but "No ! No! No!" was only ending of song (something like chorus and it was repeated twice). Tempo of song was normal (not low and not quick). The singer is a man.

Release of track : 80's or 90's, but it's more possible that it's 90's. English lyrics, but I don't remember, unfortunately.
