Please help me identify some melodies

I have some melodies I collected and I want to identify them. Thanks for helping me.

2) ceskatelevize.cz/ivysilani/10483849868-mimoradne-porady-ct24-2013/213411033391026-volby-2013 - At the beginning when theme is playing.
These I heard on TV and I have them in my head, so I recorded them:
3) vocaroo.com/i/s0R7vmYF4D0S - The melody is repeating again and again.
4) vocaroo.com/i/s0vujQOIb2Uv - The melody is also repeating.
